Home Inspection Services With Drew McGee

Buyer’s Inspection

A thorough inspection is the only way to know for sure what you’re buying. We spend more time on site than our competitors because we want to ensure we find everything. During our Buyer’s Inspection service, we’ll take a look at many things, including:

Structural System
Exterior
Roof System
Plumbing System
Heating System
Air Conditioning System
Electrical System
Interior
Insulation and Ventilation
Fireplaces and Solid Fuel Burning Appliances

Pre-Listing / Seller’s Inspection

Selling a home isn’t as simple as merely listing it. In fact, to make sure that buyer after buyer doesn’t pull out, you should schedule a Seller’s Inspection service before you even list the home. We will provide the same in-depth inspection that we do to buyers. This allows you to fix or disclose serious items in advance.

New Construction

When we inspect a newly constructed home, we keep an eye out for any strange defects or contractor shortcuts. This will allow you to be much happier with the final result and help prevent you from getting a shocking surprise after your move-in day.

New Construction Phase Inspections

Want to make sure your new home is being built according to your specifications? Simply book our New Construction Phase Inspections and we’ll visit the property multiple times throughout the process. If we notice anything amiss, we’ll notify you immediately.

11-Month / Builder’s Warranty

You have 12 months before your Builder’s Warranty expires. This may sound like a long time, but it’ll be over in the blink of an eye. Schedule our Builder’s Warranty service during the 11th month, and we’ll make sure you have enough time to file any applicable claims.

Home Maintenance Inspection

Getting an inspection is critical, but the process doesn’t end as soon as you buy your new home. Instead, the best way to maintain your house is through regular Home Maintenance Inspections. We’ll verify that everything is still working properly and will let you know whenever a system is going to need a repair or replacement.

4-Point Inspection

Are you looking at an older home? Your insurance company may require you to get a 4-Point Inspection. This is much simpler than our Buyer’s Home Inspection and only checks four different areas of the home, including:

  • Electrical
  • HVAC
  • Roof
  • Plumbing

Re-Inspections

A Re-Inspection gives you one last opportunity to make sure everything is in good shape. Therefore, we suggest that you schedule a Re-Inspection right before you finalize your sale. We’ll make sure that the home repair addendum was handled correctly and will also verify that nothing else has gone wrong in the interim.

Wind Mitigation

Because we’re in Florida, we offer a Wind Mitigation service. This can help you get a discount on your insurance. It will also help keep your home standing during a hurricane. In addition to looking at what Wind Mitigation techniques are already in place, we’ll also suggest any new methods that would help.
